In details, our service responsibilities are:

- Configuring backup for servers and websites upon client’s requirements.
- Monitoring the servers and websites for their operating
- Bringing the servers and websites online asap if it gets problem
- Upgrading servers, websites to new version. If the upgrading causes conflictions issues inside components of the server, of the website:
- If the issues can be solved quickly within 2 hours: we will do it free for you
- If the issues costs more than 2 hours to solve: we will charge with rate of 20 usd/hour. Or you can hire your own developer to solve it.
If I hire your service, what do I need to do?
What you need to do are:
- Providing admin access of servers, hosting, websites and related accounts.
- Process payment on time.
Is it safe to give you logins details of servers, websites?
Yes and sure! Your are totally safe to give us any login details. We keep it in safe place and never give them to any third party. We operate our service over 10 years and keep login details of many clients over the world. They are all safe and no one complains about this.
